Delivery

Postage is £1.99 flat rate for the UK 1st Class. Europe Air Mail 7.00 USA is £7.00 by Airsure.

Royal Mail 1st Class (Door Mat)
(Delivery time: usually within 3 working days)
We will pack your order in a presentation bag . It will be sent normal First class post and will fit through your letter box. The big advantage is you won't need to be in to sign for it.

Payment
All our payments are taken through Paypal.You can pay either by credit card or through your paypal account if you have one. This is the safest, simplest and cheapest way for you.
PayPal hides your financial details so you don't have to share them online. We also protect your purchases so just in case there's a problem, you can get your money back. Terms and conditions apply.
 
Returns & Refunds Policy ( with the exclusion of Personalised/Custom Made items which are non refundable)

Don't worry if you decide you do not your case because you can return the goods for a refund or exchange. You have 7 days from the date you receive in which to return your case to us in its original, unopened condition. Once any of the items are opened then we will be unable to refund.

For our personalised items we do not offer a refund policy. Our cases are all high Quality
hand crafted items made from Swarovski Elements. We use the best cases and the best Swarovski crystals and each cases comes with a Swarovski label . We will send you extra crystals just in case your item loses any crystals and we will offer one free repair up to one month after you receive your case There is a shipping Fee 20.00 GBP

For our personalised cases we do not offer a refund policy unless the item was to arrive damaged .
 
Please note:
You are responsible for returning the item back to us. We do not accept responsibility for it until it has been delivered to us so we do advise you get proof of postage and we would recommend you send the item Signed for.

Refunds:
We do not credit back the return postage cost.
